Really nothing is missing at Waterlands Village! It’s all there.

• A truly nice-size kidney shaped swimming pool. Plenty of decks around with lounge chairs and enclosed by overflowing tropical vegetation.
• The large gazebo next to the pool offers shade and is the place to relax.
• Both pool and gazebo are located in the center of the peninsula, visually hidden by lush gardens. Privacy is one of Waterlands many features!

• The complete waterfront of the peninsula features a beachfront with 7 docks and many gazebos. Imagine strolling along the beach in the warmth of the late afternoon, barefoot or not. Or star gazing at night. The beach is accessible directly from all waterfront Cottages and via 7 different communal walkways connecting to the loop road.

• Cottages in the garden area are connected by walkways. A stroll through this garden area is peaceful and relaxing.
• Waterlands main and only entrance is an automatic wrought iron gate, which after intercom permission, opens up to the reception building, parking lots, maintenance and laundry facilities and one-way loop road. Cars are permitted, but Waterlands is primarily a pedestrian precinct, barefoot or not.
• The only property line connecting to landside consists of a wall, thus generating absolute privacy.  
• The lush tropical garden is another of Waterlands many features. Water is a precious commodity in our arid climate. Waterlands gardens are watered with re-used waste water via an automatic irrigation system.
• Garden, walkways and loop road are lit at night with low-height indirect lights.
• For those that want to stay connected, we have free WiFi available; just check for login details with our Front Desk.

Services during your stay - we provide cleaning service of your Cottage and renewalof all bedsheets every 3rd day of your stay (excludes Sunday).

Beach towels for every person available. A regular towel set for each person as well. Laundry of towels (or your very own laundry) can be done at the laundry of the resort against a minimal charge.

Knowing that your flight may arrive at any time of the day or night (and that your first urge will not be going to a Supermarket...), we make sure that a welcome package will be there in your Cottage to make your arrival smooth as-can-be. Some drinks, some food and basic necessities like garbage bags are all in there.

Check-out time is 12 am; check-in time is 2 pm. However, if your Cottage is available earlier or later as no other reservation is standing, we provide free early check-in or late check-out!
